Faces of Africa – Photo Essay

Faces of Africa – Photo Essay

Smiles, sorrow, pain, laughter, love – Africa is a rainbow of feelings.

Children playing, children suffering, women vailed, happy women, the medicine man, the tribe, the friends, scars, costumes, strange customs – is all in there, from South Africa to Mali, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Senegal or Ghana, discovered differently by each photographer.

These are the faces of Africa, just a little preview of what Africa really means – a world of sorrow and poverty, but also a world of hope.
